Excellent service provided by Craig
I had booked in for a mechanical (Ducato) service & MoT and habitation (Autotrail) check.
As my boiler wouldn’t strike up on gas or electric I asked for this to be prioritised as well. On top of these jobs I also asked Craig to swap the current (supplementary) solar charger to a VictronConnect.
The fault with the boiler was identified as an issue with the vans PSU rather than the boiler and after discussions with Truma and Sargent Electrical services and bench testing all sorted.!
Mot, Service x2, boiler sorted and solar control changed all done at a competitive price.
Why did I go here for my motorhome needs?
Basically it’s a one stop shop for mechanical and habitation work. Two birds with one stroke. Thought I would give them a go. Happy and will definitely use again.

I visited Craig to discuss a problem with the Alde heating on my motorhome. Though he wasn't able to help due to the complexity of the problem, he gave me extremely good and helpful advice. As other feedback suggests, Craig was very friendly.

Called Craig with a very unusual fault whilst on holiday in Scotland he made a slot available and went out of his way to sort the problem tested various components and wasn’t happy till problem was sorted and for a very reasonable cost would 100% recommend Craig for motorhome or caravan needs many thanks Craig from garry arnold

Very satisfied with the service and hab-check Craig carried out on our Swift motorhome earlier this year. Professional, knowledgeable and very efficient - and considerably less expensive than taking it back to where we bought if from in Nottinghamshire. Brought my Swift van in for some complicated electrical problems. Craig sorted these out completely, providing much relief. He was able to reprogram the control unit in a particular way to stop the alarm being triggered each time the engine started. This had happened after I installed a B2b charger. So great technical expertise. Will be returning for annual fiat service and habitation check

After the battery on our motorhome died and caused problems with radio and power drainage these guys sorted radio etc out extremely professional and fantastic rates will certainly recommend this company

Had a leaking kitchen tap and contacted Sargents Leisure and he said you need a new tap, but I could isolate the tap by using two stop ends which he had. He offered to drop them off after closing which he did. Brilliant service he was outstanding and I would definitely recommend this company

After many months of stress and worry regarding the overheating problem on the EM40 unit on my Autotrail which my dealer seemed unable/ unwilling to repair, I finally after endless research on the internet came up with "Sargent Leisure Services Ltd " at Beverley.From the initial conversation with Craig (the owner) who seemed to fully understand what the problem was,and willing to accept my vehicle for repair. I, with more than a little apprehension made the 300 mile journey to Beverley . I needn't have worried because Craig knew exactly what the problem was, the parts were waiting and Craig carried out the repairs in a few hours.I found Craig to be honest, reliable and trustworthy and extremely professionally competent. I would, without hesitation highly recommended his company and services.And all this at a very fair price. I am sure we will be using "Sargent Leisure Services" in the future.

New starter and leisure battery fitted by Craig. They were ready on site and I was done and on the way in just over an hour. Sensible prices and great service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service on 11.01.24 from Craig Lane, replacing the EC600 Command Box on my 2018 Swift Escape 695 Motorhome. The work was done within days of initially enquiring, as a same day turnaround service (within 2 hrs) All was carried out in a very clean manner with all works fully explained and at a very reasonable cost. It was well worth the journey from Manchester to Beverley to receive such excellent customer service. Thankyou very much.

Had a niggly problem with our Autocruise Control Panel displaying zero voltage for our leisure battery, even though it was at full charge. So the vehicle battery was constantly our only source of power when not on hook up.
Sargent Leisure Services reassuringly investigated our issue and sought bespoke parts, fitted within the day to resolve our issue. Was worth the journey to Beverley as we have previously spent a fair bit of money to try and resolve our issue and made no progress. So a very happy customer 😊.

A great service from an extremely helpful Craig, diagnose my problem very quickly and very useful advice given, if you have an issue with a sargent product he's the man to see👍👍

Fitted a new solar panel and controller on my campervan. Very reasonable quote so went ahead Craig did an excellent job although he had a lot more problems removing the old panel than anticipated( previous owner self build) However Craig did a very neat job sealing the old bolt holes etc. Didn’t charge me any extra despite the extra time it took. He even freed up the very stiff back doors ! Altogether would recommend and I will always use Sargent for any further electrical work.

We contacted this business first for them to service/ repair our caravan, Im so glad we did.. I can honestly say this is probably one of the kindest, honest professional businesses in the trade I know.
From start to finish the Craig (owner) kept us in the loop with what our caravan needed, the work carried out was outstanding and at a decent price too, which Craig was very upfront about from the beginning.
Will definitely use this business again to sort our caravan out in the future… 100% recommended☺️

Quick friendly excellent service fully recommend Craig at sargent leisure services

Travelled 170 miles to Sargent Leisure Ltd who has just opened a brand new service centre and met Craig the man in charge. Nobody local to us wanted to sort the electrical problem we had with our motorhome.
When on electric hook up and the motorhome parked the rear indicators flashed intermittently for no reason.
Craig located the fault and made the necessary repair, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you Craig for the excellant service.
